Fly Above Athletics is bigger then training for fitness.

Flyabove Athletics is a new way of life. Flyabove Athletics consist of many different ways of training the body, mind, and spirit.

A mixture of the conventional lifting style and Kettle bell strength performance training, resistance and more.

We also train for injury prevention and better movement. We use data to track production through movement test and use other techniques to get the body stronger.

Flyabove One On One

My programs are tailored to the particular client. The Flyabove Personal Training Sessions are designed to take the athletes overall game and skill to the next level. Flyabove Personal Training sessions offer detailed high performance strength and movement power training for athletes. Every workout and method performed translates to the court or field.  Flyabove Training speciality is Kettle bells, but regular conventional weight training is also provided. Tips on healthy eating are also provided for clients.

Flyabove Fitness Boot Camp

Our Flyabove Fitness Bootcamps are like no other. Currently held once a month at Rainier Beach High School. We offer many components that will benefit all people. At our most recent events we partnered with Dr.Molina of Tangelo. Dr.Molina specializes in helping people move better. Another component I’ve added is Plant based eating with a partnering with City Supplements.
