“Group” Strength Training sessions for athletes. To train our Flyabove members we follow the “SPO Method” Strength Training Optimization training hitting all phases of the body. Functional, Hypertrophic, Metabolic, Rehab. During our Strength and Mobility group class our members will learn unique ways to keeping the body intact at low risk using different modalities using bio mechanical breathing.
